Job description:

• 1、 Responsible for the comprehensive management of the company's recruitment, training, employee entry, conversion, resignation and other work;
• 2、 To be responsible for the comprehensive management of employees' salary, welfare and social insurance;
• 3、 Manage employee attendance. And investigate the implementation of attendance checking by various departments;
• 4、 Liaise with hr department and solve problems.
• 5、 Develop and maintain recruitment channels, release and update online recruitment information.
• 6、 According to the recruitment requirements of various departments, resume screening and preliminary interview and selection of personnel.
• 7、 Establish and maintain personnel files, employee roster, update employee's personal information and data.
• 8、 Responsible for the signing and management of employee labor contract.

Job requirements:

• 1、 Full-time bachelor degree or above in human resource management, business administration or other management related majors;
• 2、 At least 425 points in cet-4, and 425 points in cet-6 for postgraduate students, and proficient in Office software;
• 3、 Team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, strong word processing ability, good communication, organization and coordination ability.
